ABOUT

A Jackie Lauer program

Our mission is to help small and midsized companies adopt AI without losing the trust and culture that built them.

We believe AI adoption is a leadership problem before it's ever a technology problem.

Every company we talk to has already bought the tools. Most have already run a pilot or two. What's missing isn't access to AI. It's a company that's actually ready, at the human level, to use it. That's the gap The Lighthouse Method was built to close.

MEET JACKIE LAUER

I'm Jackie Lauer. I've spent 26 years coaching leaders and consulting on workplace culture for scaling small and midsized companies, with a background in change management grounded in the neuroscience of trust and emotional intelligence.

That background is the foundation The Lighthouse Method is built on. This isn't a side project or a trend I jumped on. It's the direct application of two and a half decades of watching what actually makes organizational change succeed or fail, pointed at the single biggest change most companies will navigate this decade.

Our Philosophy

A lighthouse doesn't move the ship. It doesn't steer, and it doesn't do the work of navigating for you. It gives you something fixed and steady to orient by, especially when the water gets uncertain.

That's the role we play. AI is forcing leaders to navigate real uncertainty: about their teams' capability, their own relevance, and what "the way we work" is going to mean going forward. Leaders don't need someone to hand them more technology. They need a steady point of reference and a proven way through.

A FRAMEWORK, NOT A GUESS

The Lighthouse Method isn't improvised advice or a generic change-management template with "AI" inserted into it. It's a structured system, built specifically for AI-era leadership, with a defined path (Align, Integrate, Lead), a diagnostic approach to understanding exactly where an organization's readiness and resistance actually live, and a clear set of levers (communication, capability, confidence, collaboration, consistency, and celebration) that we work systematically, not randomly.

That structure matters, because it's the difference between hoping culture change happens and knowing which lever to pull next. It's been shaped and refined through real work with real leadership teams, and it's the reason engagements with us have a clear starting point, a clear sequence, and a clear way to measure whether it's working.

WHO WE WORK WITH

We work with CEOs, senior HR leaders, and CFOs at small to midsized companies, generally in the $5M to $50M revenue range, who are ready to lead AI adoption as a strategic, company-wide priority rather than hand it to IT and hope. If that's where you are, we should talk.

Start the Conversation

To understand how the lighthouse method helps your organization, you should begin by assessing your social foundations. Set up a trust and readiness review to see the current state of your staff.
